Just want to say your books ruuule. xD A nice plot idea too. It reminds me of the idea of being 'Witted' somehow, the sharing of an animal's mind... Can't remember what book that was from. Such a shame.

I've ordered... The Truth from the library.

And I don't know if you will check this blog and see my comment. o.O Your last entry was a few months ago?

Dropping several lines to say I'm 15 years old and obsessed with Lions. Hopefully the third book will arrive before my birthday! (1 week and 5 days away now, woop!)

I've seen lions in real life. I think you write about them beautifully. I'm trying to come up with an idea to write my own book. I'm only fifteen, but I online role-play a lot too. Especially Pride Lands: Where the lion king was set. o.O I do have a life I swear.

Anyway!

Lovely blog, if Lionboy will be a movie I'll be glad, love Rafi even though he's evil. My lion has a roleplay character called Rafael, or Raf. So I'm obsessed with Raf people. And lions.

I say lion, I mean Leon. My online friend of two years. Also obsessed with lions. :D

You can put the video directly in the post by going to the YouTube page and copying the code for it from the sidebar on the right.

Then go to edit your post and click Edit HTML. Then you can simply paste the code that you got from the YouTube website directly into the post and the video will appear right here on your blog.

I hope this can be of help to you.

On a different note, I am the author of a popular young adult book review blog called Inkweaver Review. Currently I am reviewing the Lion Boy series, starting with the first book in the trilogy.

I would like to invite you to do an interview for the benefit of my blog readers. As part of the interview I will direct attention to your website. If you would like to benefit from this opportunity please stop by the Contact Page on my blog so I can get in touch with you.

Hey, I just signed up and I love your books to, but I have one question,(this is for a project) I have seen in multiple places that your grandparents are Robert and Kathleen Scott, is this true? I finished the Lionboy series in 1-2 weeks, I LOVED THEM!

I am an elementary school librarian and recommend The Lion Boy trilogy all the time. I am currently making a podcast to share with my students. If you want to make this link active use the icon above your post that looks like a globe with a link of chain...it is the 3rd from the left.
Love the blog too!

Important information affecting the lives and educational freedom of many of your readers - please take the time to read and help in any way that you can. Thankyou.

Dear Zizou Corder (either of you or both!)

I don't know if you are aware of the new Children's, Schools and Families Bill which is currently making it's way through UK parliament. The second reading of this Bill will take place on January 11th and has huge implications for family life in the UK, and for civil and parental responsibilties and rights.

The Bill contains proposals which will seriously threaten Home Education in the UK, and are potentially damaging to the lives of thousands of home educated children and their families.
There are many diverse reasons why parents choose to home educate their children, but for many children, home education is an absolute lifeline;

Each week: 450,000 children are bullied in school
Each year: more than 360,000 children injured in schools
Each year: at least 16 children commit suicide as a result of school bullying
Each year: an estimated 1 million children truant
Each year: more than 1 in 6 children leave school unable to read, write or add up
(http://ahed.pbworks.com/Anomaly-Figures)

One size really does not fit all.

Despite the government's recent U-turn on other matters concerning CRB checks, in direct response to these proposals, OFSTED have recommended that home educating parents be CRB checked before being given permission to look after their OWN children - this is all without the need for any evidence, or even suspicion, of wrongdoing. And these proposals will not just affect the home educating community, they open the door for dramatic changes to be made to the lives of ALL children and families in the UK. These proposals turn on its head the premise that it is parents who have the primary responsibility for the welfare, education and upbringing of their children, and hands this responsibility to the state instead.
They make a mockery of the 'innocent until proven guilty' theory that justice in this country is supposedly founded on.

Please take the time to read this open letter to The Guardian and The Times, and consider signing it.(before the 8th January)
http://bhhe.wordpress.com/diversity/

and also to sign this urgent petition before the second reading of this Bill on January the 11th.

Thankyou for taking the time to read this.
